This error means "Install from Unknown Sources" is not enabled. Go to Settings → Security (Android 7 and below) or Settings → Apps → Special App Access → Install Unknown Apps (Android 8+). If it still crashes, uninstall IE777 completely, restart your phone, then reinstall using a fresh download of V3.0.2. Verify your UPI ID is correct — even a single character error causes failures. Try an alternative payment method: if PhonePe fails, try Google Pay or Paytm within the app. Ensure your UPI app has a linked and active bank account with sufficient balance. If deposits fail consistently, it may be a temporary bank issue — wait 30 minutes and try again, or contact your bank to check for outgoing transfer restrictions.
This is almost always a connectivity issue. Check your internet speed — IE777 games require at least 1 Mbps; live dealer games need 3 Mbps. Switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi to identify the problem connection. Clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → IE777 → Clear Cache), then relaunch.
