01APK Won't Install on Android
This is the most common issue for first-time IE777 users. Android's default security blocks APK files from outside the Play Store. To fix it: open Settings > Security > Unknown Sources and enable it. Then open your Downloads folder and tap the ie777-v3.0.2.apk file. If Google Play Protect shows a warning, tap "Install Anyway" — the APK is safe.

If you no longer have access to that mobile number, email us with your original registration details and we will assist with manual account recovery through IE777 support.

Try these steps in order: (1) Check your internet connection — IE777 needs at least 3G. (2) Close the app fully from your recent apps tray and reopen it. (3) Go to Settings > Apps > IE777 > Storage > Clear Cache. (4) If the issue persists, uninstall and download the latest V3.0.2 APK fresh from our download page. Most game loading issues are resolved by clearing cache.

First, verify your UPI ID is typed correctly (no extra spaces). Try switching between UPI apps — PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, and BHIM all work with IE777. Some Indian banks (Axis Bank, Kotak) occasionally block payments to gaming platforms as a category restriction. If all UPI options fail, contact your bank to whitelist gaming merchant payments, or try depositing at a different time of day.
